PricewaterHouse Coopers Service Delivery Centre (Kolkata) Private Limited is a joint venture in India among members of the PriceWaterHouse Coopers network that will leverage the scale and capabilities of the network. It is a member firm of PriceWaterHouse Coopers International Limited and has its registered office in Kolkata, India.

Key Responsibilities:
Partnering Business
Is able to support an entire business from TC Operations perspective
Possesses a deep knowledge of HR policies and People team processes
Is able to introduce best practices from the market
Possess relevant HR Generalist experience of 5+ years
Demonstrate flexibility for completing assigned team and individual tasks in allotted timeframe and within agreed budget.
Meet all of the SDC's compliance requirements on a timely basis.
Exposure to Workday or other SAP based module
Exposure to automation and digital solutions like Alteryx and Tableau
Reporting structure & key relationships:
Line Manager - HC Manager
Priority team relationships - HC Business Partners, HC - Ops/ HC Leader
Key client relationships -Talent Consultant team
Requirements:
Level of experience - 3-5 years
Qualifications - Full time MBA in HR from a reputed institute with minimum 50% throughout (from Class X onwards)
Industry experience - at least 0-3 relevant years with reputed brands in IT/ ITeS industries
Technical Capability - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PPT.
