Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Executive who will play a key role in internal sales operations, client coordination, and quotation management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, sending timely quotations, managing relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, production, and logistics teams to meet customer deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming client inquiries via email, phone, and CRM platforms.
• Prepare and send accurate quotations in a timely manner.
• Follow up with clients on proposals, pricing, and order status.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact for routine sales queries.
• Coordinate with internal departments (production, design, quality, dispatch) to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer requirements.
• Track all sales communication and documentation including inquiries, quotes, orders, and delivery status.
• Update and manage sales reports, CRM entries, and client records.
• Support the senior sales team in client presentations, order processing, and contract follow-ups.
• Assist in achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BSc) from a recognized university.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or internal sales support, preferably in manufacturing/industrial sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)
• Experience in valves, instrumentation, or industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or ERP systems.
