Relationship Manager Duties & Responsibilities :- Achieving the Business targets assigned in terms of, generating revenue, acquiring new clients, and acquiring new franchisee (Sub-broker ship)- Pitch and Acquire HNI clients
Building and Maintaining professional relationships and Resolve issue of HNI clients and Sub-Brokers- Analyzing and forecasting market trends, developing strategies and implementing new business opportunities- Creating marketing tactics and advertising campaigns to increase market share out of Ahmadabad through franchising and expanding territories- Conducting lead generation activities online and offline- Making outbound calls & Calling leads generated through Digital Marketing- Conducting one-on-one meetings, seminars, and other business development activities- Ensure Highest Level of service to clients
Resolve any customer complaints promptly and professionally.Qualifications :- Post graduate qualification i.e
MBA preferred but not necessary- Strong familiarity with various Investment & Financial products- Good communication abilities and pleasing personality- Strong sales as well as service orientation skills- Strong English oral and written communication skills- Additional oral fluency of the Hindi and Gujarati language will be an advantage- Should have an eye for detail- Must have patience and drive as job involves breaking into a sticky business- Must have extrovert personality (ref:updazz.com
