About the Role:
- 4-8 years of experience in the IT industry with a strong background in release management and project coordination.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective release processes to ensure timely and successful deployments.
- Collaborate with development, testing, and production teams to identify and resolve issues impacting release scope, schedule, and quality.
