Madison Group is a diversified holding company with businesses in real estate, industrial automation, data, and media. Headquartered in Vancouver, we support 1,100 + employees coast‑to‑coast. Our central IT team keeps the technology behind these companies running smoothly and securely.

Love variety? In this hybrid position you’ll split your week between remote troubleshooting and on‑site visits at multiple Lower Mainland offices (minimum three (3) days on location each week). Responsibilities:
End user support – Windows & macOS break/fix, Microsoft 365, basic networking, boardroom A/V.
On site “smart hands” – Device swaps, workstation setups, printer & cabling fixes, shipping/receiving hardware, and more.
Endpoint management – Troubleshoot devices provisioned through Intune / Autopilot and Jamf (profiles, compliance, app deployment).
Network & infrastructure assistance – Swap switches, check firewalls, reboot APs while senior engineers guide you remotely—excellent exposure to enterprise networking.
Identity & SaaS admin – User lifecycle tasks in Entra ID and on prem AD, MFA resets, licensing.
ITSM workflow – Log, track, and resolve tickets, meet SLAs, and keep crisp documentation.
