Job Summary
The Administrator is responsible for supporting administratively the members of the management team and for assisting finance functions such invoices and expense reports as well as resources planning functions
Job Responsibilities
Brings administrative support to the General Manager and the management team.
Arranges various employee and management office functions (such as draft and update memo's letters, listings, organizational charts, and management directory, etc.).
Responsible for all the office supplier contracts and uniforms.
Responsible for RAIC applications.
Coordinate interviews with new candidates and assist the recruitment process.
Coordinate the recall process.
Liaise between operational leadership and external disability management provider
Responsible for the office phones contract, order repairs, resolve trouble shooting and issues.
Performs related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Competencies
Diploma/ professional qualifications.
1-3 years of work experience in Administration.
Must possess good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
