The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex contractual agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reviewing contractual agreements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Negotiating favorable terms and conditions with suppliers and customers.
• Ensuring timely renewals and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Law or Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Experience in contract management, legal research and writing, negotiation, or related field.
