JOB DETAILS
Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, visual merchandising, and employee scheduling. Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and addressing their inquiries or concerns. Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the fashion retail industry is required. In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, designers, and brands. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale system
