Key Responsibilities
• Provide legal advice and representation to clients.
• Prepare and review legal documents.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Represent clients confidently in court proceedings.
• Manage various legal matters in compliance with legal standards.
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience or understanding in at least one area of law such as estate litigation, wills and powers of attorney, real estate, corporate/commercial transactions, commercial or civil litigation, insurance defence, family law, corporate filings, or related fields.
