Australian Citizenship Successful applicants will be required to complete a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and PEIC clearance What You’ll Be Doing Coordinating the service of legal documents and supporting field agents with clear instructions Reviewing and checking affidavits to ensure compliance with legislation and client expectations Drafting detailed affidavits in relation to investigations undertaken by enquiry agents and detailed affidavits in support of substituted service applications Monitoring and following up on daily reports to keep matters moving on schedule Liaising with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction across all files Performing data entry with a high level of accuracy Meeting service level agreements and turnaround times consistently About You : You’re someone who takes pride in your accuracy and communication skills. You enjoy balancing administration with problem-solving and can manage multiple priorities at once, but most importantly, you’ll be motivated to learn and contribute to a fast-paced team. Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive with a “can-do” attitude Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients and agents Highly organised with strong time management skills Comfortable with technology and confident using multiple systems Previous legal secretarial or administration experience is advantageous If you enjoy administrative challenges, and possess strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals, from seasoned field professionals to legal experts, this role is tailored for you.
