Job description:
Responsibilities
• Managing overall planning with a view to ensuring timely accomplishment of task requirement parameters.
• Excellence in building excellent relationships with cross-functional groups/ relevant stakeholders by supporting them at every level and providing optimum solution to a problem.
• Preparing time schedules and overall planning of the entire project execution phase
• Well versed with Project Monitoring, Reporting, Documentation
• Manage all business unit workflow and related deliverables on time with evolving project management processes.
• Tracking/ Monitoring the work allocations, proactively balancing workloads and adjusting resourcing to meet priorities and deadlines.
• Document project progress and prepare regular status updates, dashboards, and communications for key stakeholders and leadership.
• Direct core PMO functions, including project management, resource management and resource onboarding
• Sharing inputs on improving existing project management office, policies and processes.
• Mandatory skill sets:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Ability to function as a team player and alternatively work independently to achieve objectives.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Good documentation skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Good time-management skills
• Preferred skill sets:
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the company’s success
