Position Summary
NRI Industrial Sales is seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Coordinator. This individual will be instrumental in managing inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service. This position is currently vacant and open for recruitment. We are seeking a qualified candidate to fulfill the responsibilities outlined below. Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Manage inbound calls and emails from prospects and clients, ensuring exceptional service.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Work with internal teams to address inquiries and optimize business processes.
Gain in-depth knowledge of company products to confidently respond to client inquiries.
Prospecting and Research:
Identify and qualify potential leads through research, industry events, social media, cold calls, and more.
Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and CRM systems to uncover new business opportunities.
Focus on identifying key decision-makers within target companies.
Lead Nurturing:
Conduct personalized outreach through emails, calls, and social media to engage potential leads.
Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to cultivate long-term relationships.
Follow up on inbound marketing leads generated through campaigns.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales (B2B preferred).
Familiarity with lead generation platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and CRM systems.
Candidates must possess a university degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Ideal candidates will have extensive B2B lead generation experience, with proficiency in tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Certifications in sales or digital marketing are preferred. Additionally, experience in industrial sales or manufacturing will be considered an asset.
Excellent research and prospecting abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptability and patience in dynamic environments.
Customer-focused with the ability to engage diverse personalities.
