About the Role
We’re looking for a Graduate Executive Assistant to support the founding team at AI Research Group in Ponsonby. We’re a small, chill team working in AI, and this role is about helping keep things running smoothly day to day.
You’ll be trusted with real responsibility early on, working closely with the founders and taking ownership of key tasks.
What You’ll Do
Manage invoices and payments to partners and affiliates (accuracy is critical)
Learn and use our internal/affiliate tools
Support the founders with day-to-day operational tasks
Communicate with business partners via email
Help with admin tasks and occasional errands
What We’re Looking For
Organised, dependable, and detail-focused
Confident, positive, and easy to work with
Communicates clearly and professionally
Comfortable using tools like data entry and email
