About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Administration Officer& Receptionist to support BreastScreen Counties Manukau (BSCM) and Diagnostic Mammography services. This role is critical in providing welcoming and efficient administrative support both at our Manukau Health Park site and on the BreastScreen mobile unit.
You will be instrumental in delivering a service that adheres to BreastScreen Aotearoa (BSA) National Policy and Quality Standards, helping to ensure timely and compassionate care to women in the Counties Manukau region. This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday and based at Manukau Health Park.
Key Responsibilities:
Contacting women to arrange screening appointments
Assisting with receptionist duties, including on the mobile
Manage accurate and timely data entry and records in line with quality standards
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent customer service
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Previous clerical / out bound calling experience
Experience in receptionist functions
Experience in quality data entry
The ability to work independently and be a member of a team.
Experience working with Maaori and Pacific communities
The ability to speak another language possibly Te Reo, or a Pacific or Asian language would be preferred.
