The role of HR cum Admin Executive Following is a list of KRAs for the role,
Researching different industries and organizations to generate actionable insight
Understand mandates in totality and source relevant candidates through different sourcing channels
Conduct interviews using different tools to get the right idea of the candidate
Guide and mentor candidates through entire interview process
Good understanding of General functions like HR & Admin
Good Communication skills.
Confidence and ability to connect at senior level
#ManpowerHandling, Employee engagement activity.
# Daily MIS Report, Attendance, Leave Management, Employee File.
