Job Description
To execute the activities of HR, Admin.
2) Attendance Management.
3) Manpower planning & recruitment.
4) Process Induction, Joining formalities.
5) Manage full recruitment process from creation of job description to on boarding of new hires.
6) Be responsible for drafting new/editing policies accordance with the changes in legislation as well as communicating and managers/directors.
7) Oversee the staff appraisal system. Ensuring completion of appraisal happen on time.
8) On boarding of employees.
+) Scheduling and conducting interviews and follow-ups with candidate.
10) Handling all employee’s enquiries & grievances and also assist in general office administration.
11) Responsible for all statutory compliances like PF,ESIC,PT & MLWL.
12) Responsible of monthly payroll on time.
13) Responsible for calculation of labour wages on time.
Candidate should have his/her own two wheelar.
