Role Description

Qualifications
• Sales leadership, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
• Knowledge of insurance products and market trends
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to set and achieve sales targets
• Experience in team management and driving performance
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Relevant certifications in sales or insurance industry
• Fluency in local languages spoken in Bhagalpur
