Position: Junior Accountant Location: Gurugram, Haryana Salary Range: 20,000-21,000 INR per month Experience: 1-2 years in Accounting Working Days: 6-day workweek (Except second & Fourth Saturday) Responsibilities: • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process. • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements. • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner. • Assist in the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Prepare invoices bills, and bank reconciliations. • Maintain and update financial records accurately. • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 1-2 years of proven work experience in accounting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations. • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
