Junior Accountant

- Should be proficient in using Busy Accounting Software

- Create Sale and Purchase Invoices on Busy and enter E-commerce Invoices in Busy from Amazon

- Create Bill of Material for Production lots in Busy

- Maintain Stock data in Busy

- Enter payment and reciepts on regular basis

- Coordinate with Customers and Suppliers for Payment and Reciept and update ledger on monthly basis

- Prepare Data for monthly GST filings and coordinate with Accountant to share data on data

- Create Montly salary sheet for all Employees and coordinate with ESI/ PF consultant to file data for ESI
