Role Overview: As a Junior Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the executive team with daily operations. You will review and provide feedback on content created by writers, manage and coordinate team activities, prepare and present task reports to the CEO, and handle various office tasks. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Review and Management:
Review content created by content writers for accuracy, coherence, and alignment with company guidelines.
Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to enhance content quality and effectiveness.
Collaborate with content writers and other team members to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery.
Team Management and Coordination:
Assist in managing and coordinating team activities, including meetings, deadlines, and project milestones.
Facilitate communication between team members to ensure smooth workflow and address any issues that arise.
Track and report on team performance and project progress.
Task Reporting:
Prepare and present regular task reports and updates to the CEO, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Assist the CEO in prioritising and tracking tasks, projects, and initiatives
Miscellaneous Office Work:
Perform general administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organising office supplies, and handling correspondence.
Coordinate with various departments to support office operations and address any administrative needs.
Assist with event planning and coordination, as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role is a plus (Min 1 year+)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
