The Role

Printerpix is seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer with Photoshop and Illustrator skills, combined with a passion for using AI tools to automate processes and generate design assets, to join our rapidly growing team in Paddington, London.

Reporting to our Creative Lead, you'll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our website, email marketing campaigns, and digital assets. You'll collaborate closely with our Marketing team, as well as cross-functional teams of developers, data analysts, copywriters, and UX/UI designers to create engaging online graphics and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
• Design engaging visuals for email marketing campaigns, website assets, social media, and advertising banners.
• Create mock-ups and product visuals for marketing materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing campaigns are accurately reflected across all digital channels.
• Utilise AI tools to generate and automate design assets.
• Contribute to the user experience (UX) optimisation of the website.
• Assist in still life product photography and photo editing.
• Work within tight deadlines while maintaining high design standards.
• Stay up to date with emerging design trends, AI technologies, and e-commerce innovations.

Requirements
• 1-2 years' experience in still life photo editing, mock-up design, or graphic design.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, and Figma.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with acute attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.

Desirable Skills
• Experience with B2C and B2B marketing.
• Knowledge of AI image generation tools (e.g. Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly).
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with web design tools such as Webflow, Bootstrap Studio, or WordPress.
• Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g. Blender, 3DS Max).
• Experience with motion graphics software (e.g. After Effects).
• Experience in packaging design.
