Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior IT/Technical Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience. This role requires someone with a relentless drive to achieve recruitment goals and fill positions with urgency and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT and technical recruitment, with a proven ability to source and attract top-tier technical talent.

Key Responsibilities:


Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various IT and technical roles.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through proactive sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies.

Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume reviews and preliminary interviews, to gauge technical proficiency and cultural fit.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Maintain up-to-date candidate records and recruitment trackers.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical recruitment.



Requirements
Key Skills & Competencies:


Proven experience (1-2 years) in IT/technical recruitment.

Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and IT industry trends.

Proactive and self-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.

Zeal to succeed with a "can-do" attitude.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and sourcing techniques.
