Junior Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive with experience in

Aluminium Formwork Systems or related construction technologies. The candidate will

be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales with

construction companies, developers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and develop new business opportunities in the aluminium formwork

industry.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in construction

firms and developers.

● Understand client needs and present customized formwork solutions.

● Prepare and deliver technical presentations and commercial proposals.

● Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery timelines.

● Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, project execution) to ensure

client satisfaction.

● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

● Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a

related field.

● 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in aluminium formwork, scaffolding,

or construction materials.

● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Technical understanding of aluminium formwork systems is a strong advantage.

● Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and visit sites.

● Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
