Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Expert to join our team. As an Junior SEO Executive, you will play a crucial role in improving our website's visibility and driving organic traffic. You should have a solid understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and the latest SEO trends and best practices. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing SEO strategies.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.
Perform thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-value keywords and opportunities for content optimization.
Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and other on-page elements, to improve search engine visibility.
Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues that may impact organic rankings, crawlability, or user experience.
Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, keyword-rich content that aligns with SEO goals.
Build and execute link-building campaigns to increase domain authority and acquire high-quality backlinks.
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms to track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and user engagement metrics.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure the effectiveness of SEO strategies.
Provide SEO recommendations and guidance to cross-functional teams, including web developers, content writers, and marketing managers.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in implementing SEO strategies.
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO best practices.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including content optimization, link building, and website structure.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles to effectively communicate with web developers.
Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret SEO metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
