Reports To: Director of Key Accounts
The Key Account Manager – E-Commerce will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with major retail accounts, including Home Depot, Lowe’s, Walmart, and other key e-commerce platforms
This role is critical for driving digital sales growth by optimizing product listings, executing data-driven promotional strategies, and ensuring the highest level of account performance
You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance the visibility and profitability of SWCORP’s luxury product lines in the e-commerce space
Serve as the primary point of contact for key e-commerce accounts, including Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Walmart
Optimize product listings by ensuring accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and effective SEO strategies to improve visibility and conversion rates
Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and revenue to make data-driven adjustments
Lead and manage promotional campaigns, including pricing strategies and inventory coordination, to drive consistent sales growth across all platforms
Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, product development, and supply chain to align on e-commerce strategies and execute digital marketing campaigns
Identify and leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue and expand product reach
Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retail partners, ensuring a collaborative approach to meeting shared business objectives
Strategic Planning & Reporting:
Develop and implement comprehensive annual commercial plans for each e-commerce account, outlining goals, strategies, and performance targets
Conduct regular business reviews with retail partners, presenting performance data, key insights, and growth strategies
Stay ahead of e-commerce market trends and industry developments, providing actionable insights and updates to senior leadership
Serve as the liaison between retail partners and internal teams to ensure smooth product deliveries and timely issue resolution
Proactively address any challenges or issues with key accounts, ensuring quick and effective solutions to maintain strong partnerships

Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Account Management:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience managing e-commerce accounts for major retail partners like Home Depot, Lowe’s, or Walmart.
• Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and e-commerce platform operations.
• Proven success in key account management, focusing on driving digital growth and optimizing online performance.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite or Acumatica preferred), Excel, and CRM platforms.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in the home improvement, kitchen, or bath product sectors is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with e-commerce analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Amazon Seller/Vendor Central.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
