Job Description:

We are looking for a Lab Technician to join our team at Sahyadri Diagnostic Centre in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tests and experiments, analyzing results, and reporting findings to the laboratory manager.

The Lab Technician will be responsible for:

• Preparing and setting up laboratory equipment and materials for tests and experiments

• Performing laboratory tests and experiments according to established protocols

• Analyzing and interpreting results

• Recording and documenting results in laboratory notebooks

• Maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies

• Assisting with research projects

• Adhering to safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. biology, chemistry, medical technology)

• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT), Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (PGDMLT), Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology (CMLT), or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)

• 1-5 years of experience in a laboratory setting

• Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and procedures

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
