Our team is responsible for acquiring and managing properties across New Zealand. As a Property Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in this process, working closely with Property Acquisition Managers to ensure efficient support and help drive our mission forward.
Your Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Property team in transaction management, meeting coordination, record-keeping, data updates, and reporting.
Evaluating and developing streamlined processes for efficient property acquisition.
Collaborating with Property Coordinators, Project Managers, and Directors to deliver work within scope, time, quality, and budget.
Creating actionable insights through data analysis and building scalable reports in Power BI.
Facilitating meetings, workshops, and training to engage in the successful delivery of property projects.
Your Ideal Background
Strong communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
Experience in project support from start to finish, ideally within roading or major infrastructure.
Knowledge of public sector processes, including the Privacy Act, Resource Management Act, and Official Information Act (OIA).
Advanced MS Office 365 skills, including Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate.
Proven ability in financial data analysis, process improvement, and change management.
A knack for identifying risks, managing them proactively, and ensuring high-quality project standards.
