To scale our impact, we are looking for a Lead - Operations & Fundraising who will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end operational execution and securing strategic funding partnerships to sustain and expand our initiatives.
Role Overview:
As the Lead - Operations & Fundraising, you will be responsible for overseeing the platform’s daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of programs, and spearheading fundraising efforts from corporates, CSR initiatives, grants, and donor networks. You will work closely with NGO partners, industry stakeholders, and government bodies to create sustainable revenue streams and operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:Operations & Program Management
✔ Oversee the execution of skilling, employment, and mentorship programs across digital and physical touchpoints.
✔ Optimize workflows and platform efficiency to ensure smooth candidate onboarding, job placements, and engagement.
✔ Manage partnerships with NGOs, training institutes, and employment partners to expand reach.
✔ Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and create impact reports for stakeholders.
✔ Collaborate with tech, marketing, and recruitment teams to enhance user experience and engagement.
Fundraising & Strategic Partnerships
✔ Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure funding from corporates, CSR programs, philanthropists, and institutional donors.
✔ Build and nurture relationships with CSR heads, foundations, social impact investors, and funding agencies both Government and non-government institutions.
✔ Draft grant proposals, sponsorship decks, and fundraising pitches to drive financial support.
✔ Work with leadership to design scalable revenue models to sustain long-term impact.
✔ Ensure compliance with donor requirements, reporting guidelines, and impact assessment.
Stakeholder & Community Engagement
✔ Develop and strengthen relationships with employers, policymakers, and social sector organisations.
✔ Lead advocacy and outreach initiatives to drive awareness and engagement with potential partners.
✔ Represent the organisation at industry forums, events, and panel discussions to advocate for diversity and inclusion.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Experience: 8+ years in operations, fundraising, social impact, or program management (preferably in diversity, workforce development, or gender-focused initiatives).
✅ Fundraising Expertise: Proven track record in securing CSR funding, institutional grants, donor relations, or corporate sponsorships.
✅ Operational Excellence: Strong understanding of program execution, impact measurement, and partner management.
✅ Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and influence corporate partners, NGOs, and government bodies.
✅ Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop scalable models for revenue generation and impact expansion.
✅ Communication & Pitching: Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
✅ Tech & Data Proficiency: Comfort with digital platforms, CRM tools, and data analytics to track progress and impact.
