Roles and Responsibilities
1. UPI Payment Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive UPI payment strategy aligned with organizational goals and
industry best practices.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, and enhanced customer
experience.
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the UPI payments landscape and adapt
strategies accordingly.
2. UPI Payment Operations Management:
Oversee end-to-end UPI payment operations, ensuring seamless transaction flows and timely
processing.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement measures to optimize payment success
rates, reduce errors, and minimize transaction failures.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as product management, engineering, and customer
support, to resolve issues and address operational challenges promptly.
3. UPI Payment System Integration:
Collaborate with technical teams to integrate UPI payment systems with the organization's
platforms, applications, and infrastructure.
Conduct thorough testing and ensure the stability, security, and reliability of UPI payment
integrations.
Coordinate with external partners, including banks, payment gateways, and regulatory bodies, to
establish and maintain strong relationships.
4. Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, guidelines, and data security standards pertaining to
UPI payments.
Implement robust fraud prevention measures and risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the
organization and its customers.
Monitor industry trends and proactively address emerging risks and security vulnerabilities.
