We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Deal Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with a digital marketing agency and a proven track record in deal closure, client handling, and lead generation. Leads will also be provided, but proactive lead generation is expected. We are looking for an experienced candidate who has consistently generated an average monthly revenue of INR 1,00,000.>
Key Responsibilities
● Deal Closure: Lead negotiations and successfully close sales deals for our marketing agency.
● Client Handling: Engage with potential clients, understand their marketing needs, and offer customized solutions.
● Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, and other relevant platforms.
● Campaign Execution: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to convert leads into long-term clients.
● Follow-Ups: Maintain strong follow-up strategies to ensure conversions and build client relationships.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with company objectives.
● Reporting: Track and report sales metrics to ensure continuous improvement in sales performance.
● Average Revenue Generated: INR 1,00,000 per month
Qualifications & Requirements
● Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency with a strong focus on deal closure and sales conversion.
● Sales Skills: Strong background in sales negotiations, lead conversion, and account management.
● Industry Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing services and solutions.
● AI & Tech Awareness: Stay updated on emerging AI tools that enhance sales and marketing effectiveness.
● Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach.
● Tech Savvy: Familiarity with sales and CRM tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
● Education: Graduation or relevant certification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development is preferred.
● Growth Mindset: Ability to adapt, learn, and contribute proactively.
● Established Network: A strong professional network that can be leveraged for lead generation and client acquisition.
● Sales Reporting: Track and report key sales metrics for continuous improvement
