About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will design, implement, and evaluate impactful training initiatives that support employee growth and align with our strategic goals. You will play a key role in onboarding and upskilling Contact Centre and Clinic staff, ensuring they deliver outstanding customer service and achieve their performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct Learning Needs Analysis: Collaborate with leadership and managers to identify skill gaps and training priorities through data analysis and stakeholder consultation.
Design and Deliver Training: Develop and facilitate instructor-led and digital training programs tailored to various roles, including soft skills, technical knowledge, compliance, and leadership development.
Develop Instructional Materials: Create high-quality, multimedia learning content using e-learning tools such as Articulate, Canva, and Rise, ensuring materials are modern, engaging, and accessible.
Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Measure learning outcomes and ROI through assessments, feedback, and performance data, using insights to continuously enhance programs.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor by partnering with teams across the organization to align training solutions with business goals.
Manage Learning Systems: Support LMS administration, maintain content libraries, troubleshoot issues, and track user engagement.
Support Onboarding: Lead comprehensive onboarding programs for new Contact Centre and Clinic staff to ensure swift integration and reinforce company culture.
Drive Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and introduce innovative learning technologies and methodologies.
Professional Growth: Pursue ongoing development and contribute to a culture of learning within the team.
What We're Looking For
Proven ability to engage, coach, and support staff to achieve measurable results.
Strong facilitation skills across face-to-face and virtual environments.
Expertise in training material development, including storyboarding and multimedia content creation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Understanding of customer service principles and operational processes.
Ability to influence positively and manage change strategically.
Resilience, adaptability, and strong organizational skills.
Experience in delivering difficult conversations tactfully.
Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning software (e.g., Articulate, Moodle, Canva).
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (highly desirable).
