Kōrero mō te Tūranga About the Role

The key focus of this role is to support the uplift and development of capability across our organisation, whilst supporting the team in shaping a thriving and resilient organisational culture.

This Role Will

Coordinate and manage organisation-wide learning and development initiatives covering everything from initial needs analysis and design of training materials through to event organisation, managing supplier contracts, and advertising.
Contribute to the success of the broader Organisational Development programme of work which includes leadership development, performance, reward and recognition, staff survey, inclusivity and diversity initiatives.
Provide expert advice and support across the business to develop capability and embed a continuous learning environment.
Focus on improving processes and delivery in line with best practice and the latest innovative approaches.
Work in partnership with internal kaimahi to support the development and uplift of organisational capability around Te Ao Māori, kaupapa Māori, and being a tiriti partner of excellence.

Mōu │ About You

You’ll have a proven background in coordination or events management and ideally bring previous experience in learning and development. A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or a related field, is highly desirable.

In Addition, We’re Looking For Someone Who Can

Confidently interact with and provide advice, guidance, and support to leaders and kaimahi across the organisation.
Easily pick up new systems (and previous experience using ELMO or Articulate is a bonus!)
Proactively develop, foster, and maintain excellent working relationships at all levels.
Take initiative and use their curiosity to continuously improve processes.
Display cultural competence and be skilled or want to further improve your expertise around Te Ao Māori.
