Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, providing support to both staff and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, customer support, and clerical duties, particularly within a leasing office setting.
Duties
Provide exceptional customer support by greeting patients and answering inquiries in person and over the phone.
Manage phone systems effectively, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and professionally.
Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records and office documentation.
Assist with clerical duties including filing, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
Organize office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure the office runs efficiently.
Utilize computerized systems for record keeping and appointment scheduling.
Skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in administrative functions including data entry and clerical work.
Experience with phone systems and customer support is highly desirable.
Familiarity with leasing office operations is a bonus but not required.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
