Job description
Insight Global's client in Boise ID, is looking for a temporary Legal assistant for a general litigation firm approximately 3 months. The legal assistant is responsible for providing a broad range of legal administrative support utilizing knowledge in legal terminology, procedures, and document preparation. This position supports three attorneys. The legal assistant must be versed in both federal and state court procedures and filing requirements, including electronic filing in various jurisdictions.

Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to lawyer
• Handle communication with clients
• Locate and develop case relevant information
• Manages attorney/paralegal calendars, including deadlines, appointments, and reminders.
• Arranges meetings, travel, and conferencing needs, and keeps the team informed of important dates.
• Organizes and maintains client files, both electronic and paper.

• Ensures accuracy of all work products, including those created by others.
