About the Practice
ProFast Legal is a progressive and client-focused law firm seeking an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who can manage conveyancing matters independently and deliver high-quality service to clients in a fast-paced legal environment.
About the Role
We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Licensed Conveyancer with strong experience in residential and commercial conveyancing. You will manage matters from start to finish and liaise directly with clients, lenders, and agents.
Key areas include:
End-to-end conveyancing for sales, purchases, transfers, and refinances
PEXA settlements and electronic lodgements
Reviewing and preparing contracts and settlement documentation
Liaising with clients, real estate agents, banks, and other stakeholders
This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to be part of a supportive legal team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume conveyancing file load independently
Prepare and review contracts, transfer documents, and settlement statements
Conduct PEXA workspaces and settlements
Communicate professionally with clients and third parties
Ensure compliance with NSW conveyancing and property legislation
Maintain accurate and timely file management
Essential Criteria
Current NSW Conveyancer Licence
Minimum 1 year experience in conveyancing
Strong working knowledge of PEXA
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
Client-focused and proactive approach
