Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day communication with a portfolio of licensors
• Arrange and lead quarterly business reviews with licensors
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to oversee licensed design development
• Accommodate requests from licensors for information and sales projections
• Support the Licensing Compliance team in adherence to agreements
• Manage product and design approval processes
• Serve as marketing point of contact for licensed assets
• Track product approvals from various licensors

Qualifications
• Minimum of 3-5 years of licensing experience
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Proven negotiation capabilities and proactive work approach

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
