Job Summary

GeZu Impex is seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Listing Executive to manage product listings across European marketplaces. The role involves creating, optimizing, and maintaining accurate product listings while ensuring compliance with European marketplace policies and standards. The candidate will be responsible for improving listing quality, visibility, and overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Create, upload, and manage product listings across European marketplaces such as Amazon EU, eBay EU, Kaufland, and Cdiscount.
Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and attributes to improve search visibility.
Ensure compliance with marketplace regulations and European product standards.
Conduct keyword research specific to European markets including Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands.
Manage product variations, pricing updates, and inventory synchronization.
Monitor listing health and resolve suppressed or inactive listings promptly.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain accurate stock levels.
Collaborate with the design team for product images and enhanced content.
Coordinate translation requirements for multilingual marketplaces where necessary.
Analyze competitors and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities.
Address and resolve listing-related customer or marketplace issues.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of listings created and maintained per week
Accuracy and compliance rate of listings
Sales performance and conversion rate improvements
Timely resolution of suppressed or flagged listings
Keyword ranking and visibility improvements
Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in marketplace listing management.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and European marketplace platforms.
Basic understanding of SEO principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage bulk uploads and flat file processing.
Excellent written communication skills in English; additional European language skills are an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with marketplace tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar software.
Understanding of EU compliance requirements such as CE marking and product standards.
Familiarity with European VAT fundamentals.
Experience handling cross-border e-commerce operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹139,102.08 - ₹634,330.28 per year
