Job Description Summary
In this role you own the full spectrum of Region Logistics and Fulfilment operations management for Service Parts & Equipment in the UKI region. This includes all aspects, such as: transportation, customs, Region-Warehousing, return logistics from Field Service Engineers, performance- and process-optimization, program-implementation, provider management, compliance, data analytics and driving LEAN initiatives. You will also be required to work closely with multiple stakeholders across regions and Service-Parts and Equipment functions and P&Ls to support the regional growth strategy.

Job Description
Ensure internal and end-customer needs are fulfilled with the highest quality and most cost-efficient method, in compliance to company policies and official regulations.
Responsibilities
• Leading continuous improvement of Service Parts & Equipment “Ontime-Delivery”
• Owning the Service Parts & Equipment Transport and Warehouse Operations to the extent of Cost and Performance management
• Ensuring that the Region Logistics operations comply with EHS, Quality and Regulatory standards.
• Own the Financial Operating Plan for the Region Fulfilment and Logistics.
• Enabling the GEHC Productivity in the areas Service Parts & Equipment Fulfilment and Logistics and/or Service Labour-Productivity
• Connect with EMEA Inventory Teams and Region Service Delivery to balance inventory levels in accordance with transportation capabilities and market needs.
• Support the EMEA fulfilment strategy by shipping network optimization.
• Lead region-related Fulfilment and Logistics Project
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, international business or related disciplines.
• Proven experience working in Healthcare-Logistics, international trade compliance, warehousing and distribution, supply chain management.
• Business/financial acumen including the proven ability to communicate effectively, solve complex problems and drive change at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to synergize cross-function activity to optimally serve end-customers.
• Able to strategize, influence and create buy-in from senior management to work level staff to achieve results.
• Working knowledge of Oracle ERP/ WMS and Transport Management System
• Willing to travel domestically / internationally (~ 10%)
• Business acumen, with strong analytical (database) background
• strong project-, performance management and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership qualities to energize and lead teams across countries, functions and cultures.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
• Team player with proven ability to work independently to meet deadline in a fast pace and changing environment.
• Customer focused, "Outside-In" thinking, creativity and courage to implement/influence change.
• LEAN experienced, LEAN mindset
• Proven growth leadership skills demonstrating clear perspective and understand factors impacting GEHC businesses and our suppliers.
• Languages English C2 mandatory, others desired Scandinavian-or French
