Salary: £30,241 per annum plus Veolia benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week

What you'll be doing;
Schedule and coordinate maintenance works according to portfolio program
Maintain accurate asset lists and ensure data integrity
Provide reporting and system administration support to Contract Managers
Conduct annual maintenance program reviews across all portfolio contracts
Manage user accounts including creation and maintenance of existing accounts
Ensure proper allocation of supervisor/contract manager groups and contracts
Deliver training and technical support through various communication channels
Monitor and maintain Call out Rota system and Lone Worker procedures with current data
What we're looking for;
Having at least 12 months experience of work order management and contract mobilisation in an Engineering environment
Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach
Self-motivated and proactive work ethic
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building capabilities
Experience in preparing and presenting technical proposals
Strong communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels
Proficient in technical report writing and documentation
Skilled at analysing maintenance issues and providing accurate plant recommendations
