What will make you a great fit

We are looking for an individual with a strong mechanical aptitude and a proactive approach to maintenance. If you have experience troubleshooting along with a passion for ensuring everything runs smoothly, you might be the perfect fit for our team!


To excel in this role, you should be:


Minimum of two three years previous experience considered an asset
Completed Grade 12 education
Clean Driver's abstract required
Able to use basic power tools and complete basic building maintenance
Basic command of the English language (written and verbal)
Exceptional skills in communications, organizational, interpersonal and time management
Plumbing knowledge would be considered an asset
Proven experience in exercising good judgement under pressure
Physically fit, able to stand, crouch, and kneel for long periods of time an lift in excess of 25 kilograms
Carpentry/Construction skills considered an asset
Strong customer care and communication skill

What will your role involve?


As a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:

Perform general maintenance tasks that may include: millwork (countertops), minor plumbing, repair/install doors, install windows, interior painting, drywall repairs and other similar duties.
Knowledge of using various power tools, painting, drywall repairs an asset
Assist with building operations functions as required
Preform rough and finished carpentry work in the repair and construction of building components
Fit and install trim, doors, moulding and hardware
Repair and refinish furniture
Perform finished carpentry for cabinets and other items
Operate a variety of standard power tools and equipment
Respond immediately to emergencies
Assist with landscaping responsibilities
Respond immediately to service requests and emergencies that address client and building related issues
