Overall Responsibility/ Job Purpose

Serves as working partner to the Sales team, supports coordination for sales MIS and provides business intelligence and forecasting support to management personnel

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

MIS Reporting & Sales Coordinator-

- Coordination with Regional Sales Managers for sales projection and forecasting, and onwards to demand planner

- Preparation of primary and secondary sales reports for Sales director (using MIS from SalesForce, SAP, and Channel Connect)

- Act as a single source of information for India sales team, including for sales system support, central sales reporting and central data reporting

- Monthly sales forecast- data summary and analysis with relevant insight

- Monthly FCST data communication with the supply chain team

- Weekly sales performance reporting and sales tracking

- Preparation of relevant reports and presentations with variances analyzed and reported to management regularly.

- Prepare Market working reports for the sales team

- Sales team incentive tracking and reporting.

- Coordination with Supply Chain and Sales team

- Customer database compilation and updation

- Follow up with sales team and accounts team for Credit/Debit notes updation

- Preparing and updating daily sales Dashboard

- Budget trend analysis and secondary claim analysis and reporting.

- Seamless coordination and use of Channel Connect Software

- Will be designated power user for SalesForce software for all regions.

Social interaction-

Internal stakeholders (Regional Sales Managers, Territory Sales Executives, Territory Sales Managers, Human Resources, Finance, Supply chain);

External Stakeholders (Distributors, software vendors)

Performance indicators (related to above Task & Responsibilities respectively)

▪ Stakeholder satisfaction (internal / external)

▪ Results Vs. agreed standards of timeliness, quality and cost

▪ Relationship with colleagues

▪ Timely sales reports and presentations

▪ Quality of Insights generated from data

▪ Effective Presentation and synthesis of findings

▪ Deep understanding of business processes
