Job duties & responsibilities:

· Hands on experience with corporate payroll processing, Balance sheet, cash flow statements, Income statements, statutory compliance, TDS, GST, and SEZ compliance desirable.

· Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information

· Reporting to management and stakeholders and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted.

· Demonstrable ability to generate reports, Communicate, and Present financial information.

· Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organization’s needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts.

· Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department.

· Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.

· Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.

· Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.

· Analyse financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the CFO’s attention.

· Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary.

· Reconcile balance sheet accounts.

· Delegate financial responsibilities to accounting team.

· Awareness of business trends

· Conduct regular ledger maintenance

Qualifications & Skills:

· Preferably CA Intermediate or MBA (Finance)

· 5+ years’ experience in general or tax accounting

· Experience with computerized ledger systems

· The person must have enough knowledge in accounting and billing software such as ZOHO and tally etc.

· Advanced knowledge of Excel

· Familiarity with financial accounting statements

· Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

· Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment.

· Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
