Job Overview

As an Events Manager, you will be instrumental in the planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows and exhibitions within the electrical and electronic sectors. Your passion for creating impactful experiences will ensure that all events are flawlessly executed, leaving a lasting impression on attendees and exhibitors alike.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and oversee comprehensive event strategies, including timelines, budgets, and resource management to guarantee meticulous attention to detail.
• Negotiate agreements with vendors and service providers to secure favorable terms while adhering to budget constraints.
• Manage the design, layout, and construction of exhibits and displays, ensuring alignment with company goals and branding standards.
• Formulate and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance event visibility and attendee engagement.
• Supervise all on-site activities during event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring adherence to schedule and quality standards.
• Maintain proactive communication with internal teams, exhibitors, and attendees to swiftly address any issues and uphold a positive experience.
• Conduct thorough evaluations following each event to assess outcomes and identify areas for enhancement.
Required Skills
• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in managing trade shows and large-scale events.
• Proven aptitude in planning, executing, and overseeing events, including budget management and logistical coordination.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a relevant field is preferred.
