Job description
What are the roles & responsibilities?
Aveti Learning Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Operation manager
(Support and Implementation). In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our support and
implementation processes to ensure the seamless delivery of our Aveti E-learning program to educational
institutions and learners. Specific responsibilities would include -
❖ Support:
Provide remote/telephonic support to schools using calls, video calls, Team Viewer, or Any desk.
Arrange on-field support when remote solutions are insufficient; maintain comprehensive documentation.
Create and manage WhatsApp groups for each customer with Aveti members as admins and school staff as
members.
❖ New Installation:
• Timely completion of installations following SOP after receiving work orders.
• Develop strategies for optimized support and implementation operations.
• Define KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness.
• Manage procurement of stocks and assets for installations.
• Maintain documentation on CRM system and physical copies.
• Conduct training sessions for users and field staff.
• Oversee installations from ground zero, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Initiate improvements through research and development.
• Regularly review product to fix server and local copy issues.
• Maintain proper backups of latest module versions with class and language combinations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
❖ Feedback Collection, Rapport building & Reporting:
• Prepare, review, and share monthly reports for all active districts.
• Keep metrics and data readily available for on-demand presentations.
• Conduct weekly checks on the status of schools with pending work orders due to infrastructure issues.
• Follow up with the bottom 10% of schools monthly to prompt data synchronization.
• Collect feedback from 5% of unique schools each month, documenting their responses.
• Log and report all content-related errors to the content department.
Who are we looking for? You will be a great fit for this role if you are a highly driven & passionate to solve large
scale social issues in education. You would have to thrive in a dynamic environment that requires a high degree of
personal ownership and ability to roll-up sleeves to deliver results. Specifically, we are looking for:
• MSW /TFI/Gandhi fellow/MSW/Any Degree (Technical Degree or relevant certification or experience with technical field is preferred)
• 5+ years of total experience, at least 2 years of experience of working with government agencies/departments/NGOs.
• Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing support and implementation operations, preferably in the educational technology or e-learning industry.
• Strong knowledge of support and implementation of best practices, processes, and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex issues and provide practical solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively interact with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with educational technology platforms and learning management systems is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of basic computing and Internet functioning.
