Roles & Responsibilities:
• Independently Processing High-Value Payroll of Multiple Clients and Meeting set deadlines in payment of error-free salaries.
• Ensuring timely collection of monthly attendance inputs for processing Payroll in time, also preparing Salary and related deduction statements like PF, ESIC, PT & TDS.
• Timely submission of contribution challans and completion of compliance like TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax & LWF. Processing all Salary related reimbursements as per Salary structure.
• Responsible for checking to validate all documents submitted by Employees related to Statutory requirements including the correctness of Investment proofs and other related documents.
• Providing timely resolutions of Employees' payroll & reimbursements-related queries and advising employees on personal tax and investment planning as desired.
• Responsible for annual Salary actuarial valuation to establish Gratuity, Bonus & Leave Encashment, and Other Liabilities.
• Responsible for all Payroll related Audit activities. knowledge of Labour and other employment-related laws.
Payroll:
Manage monthly Payroll processing through software. Disburse salary and other benefits like Bonus, Leave encashment etc.
• Attendance and Leave record Maintain attendance and Leave record of employees and counsel employees as and when required.
• knowledge of the Indian Income-tax Act and statutory laws in regards to Indian Payroll. ITR filing, Tax Notice reply & attending to Tax Assessment added advantage.
• Provident Fund withdrawal and Transfer procedures and also addressing the issues related to employee Provident fund and Complete Knowledge of ESIC Procedure.
• Statutory compliance ensure compliance of PF, ESIC, LWF etc. and renewal of licenses under various Labor laws.
Personnel record:
Maintain and Update personal files and other records.
• Timely issue of Form-16 to employees and TDS certificates to vendors.
• Conduct Joining formalities.
• Exit Formalities - Conducting exit interviews and timely preparation of full and final settlement dues.
• Employee relations & discipline.
• Initiate Employee Engagement activities.
• Company policy Make employees aware of company policy and ensure implementation of the same. Suggest changes in policy as & when needed.
• Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries.
• Manage employee relations activities and issues like PF/ESIC/HR Laws etc.
• Should be able to liaise with the Government authorities effectively to ensure all statutory compliance requirements are adhered.
• Record & control late comers, unauthorized absenteeism & discipline and maintain office decorum.
• Prepare full & final settlement and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare monthly MIS report for top management.
• BMC Liaison Liaise with BMC authorities for renewal of licenses and Inspections.
Insurance:
Ensure renewal of employee related Insurance policies and oversee its administration.
• Other administrative assignments as & when required Roles and Responsibilities Desired Candidate Profile
• Exposure to Payroll & HRMS Software having 3 to 5 yrs of experiences.
• Handling PF / ESI / Labour Inspection or Audit, Monthly Challan payment etc,
• Ability to work accurately with attention to detail.
• High level of confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer proficiency in Ms Office i.e.
Excel, Word & Power
