Requirements -
Marketing analytics: Purchase funnel analysis, campaigns tracking and assess against goal
Define business problems basis data analysis, develop processes, drive implementation and track key metrics
Develop strategy for new business growth and traffic & conversion improvement
On daily basis, gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypothesis, and developing and communicating recommendations
Creating relevant dashboards to support day to day business management and growth
Prepare presentations for reviews and updates
Desired Skills and Experience -
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, hands on experience with advanced MS excel
Willingness to work in dynamic/ challenging environment
Ability to drive results with strong thought leadership
Persistent, performance-driven and solution-oriented
2-3 yrs of relevant experience preferably in e-commerce or BFSI sector
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, self-motivated attitude
Exposure and understanding of various aspects of business required – marketing, platform (mobile and website), call center management etc.
