Manufacturing Process Optimizer

We are seeking a skilled Methods Engineer to join our team in Birkenhead, Wirral, Merseyside. As a Methods Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimising the assembly and manufacturing process by studying product and manufacturing methods, designing, and delivering robust process flows and work instructions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and production, with experience in Lean environments and MRP systems. You will be responsible for supporting the Operations team in providing cost-effective manufacturing systems for new and existing programs, as well as leading improvement projects and presenting recommendations to management.
