Proactively supervise existing metrics, develop, and propose new metrics, and work cross functionally to make actionable intelligence available to business collaborators
Can work in a fast-paced environment and be persuasive with a wide range of diverse, cross-cultural audiences

Chewy is seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager to join our Marketing Science and Operations team in Boston, MA or Plantation, FL! We partner cross-functionally with channel managers, marketers, and other key collaborators within Chewy on a wide variety of data initiatives across the organization. This role provides the candidate with the opportunity to influence the decision-making process and strategy development. In this role, you will perform exploratory analyses, design & implement experiments, and develop visualizations to deliver insights that will support Chewy’s customer acquisition and retention. What You'll Do:
• Identify and handle strategic and tactical priorities supporting our marketing team while also working with colleagues across analytics, data science, and data engineering to bring forward the best solutions to the problem at hand.

What You'll Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Economics or a related degree with analytics and quantitative emphasis; MBA or Masters or equivalent experience in Analytics preferred.
