In this role, you will partner with internal teams, external marketing agencies, and vendors to develop, execute, and measure comprehensive marketing strategies and communications initiatives

Develop marketing materials such as brochures, digital assets, email campaigns, and promotional content for various audiences and platforms
Manage internal and external communications, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging across all channels
Report on marketing campaign results, providing insights and recommendations based on performance data
Plan and execute events: Anticipate marketing needs for company-sponsored or attended events, create relevant promotional materials, and ensure proper engagement
Identify new industry events: Research and propose new events or conferences that align with company goals, and craft marketing strategies around them
Create marketing plans tailored to different regions and market segments, ensuring the company’s messaging aligns with local needs and market trends
Conduct market research to understand customer demographics, preferences, and trends, generating valuable data for campaigns, customer outreach, and marketing lists
Support the Business Development team with outreach initiatives and coordinate internal communications for operational updates
Lead internal communication efforts, including the creation of employee newsletters, intranets, and other internal messaging platforms to keep teams informed and engaged
Oversee corporate website re-designs, working closely with web developers, designers, and content teams to ensure a modern, user-friendly, and brand-consistent web presence
Maintain a rolling 12-month event calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and marketing goals
Partner with leadership to define and refine the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities
