Are you a detail-oriented and proactive professional who enjoys coordinating events, managing vendors, and handling marketing materials GOMA Group is looking for a Marketing & Events Coordinator to support our exhibitions, internal activities, and branding needs.

Key Responsibilities:Exhibition & Event Management:
Plan and coordinate GOMAs participation in industry exhibitions and trade fairs.
Liaise with external vendors for stall setup, branding materials, and logistics.
Ensure timely execution of exhibition requirements within budget.
Vendor & Procurement Management:
Identify and manage vendors for internal marketing needs (e.g., joining kits, brochures, corporate gifts).
Negotiate pricing and timelines while ensuring quality standards.
Maintain records of vendor contracts, costs, and deliveries.
Marketing Support & Branding:
Coordinate the creation and procurement of marketing collaterals (brochures, banners, promotional items).
Ensure materials align with GOMAs branding guidelines.
Work with designers/agencies for minor design edits and updates.
Budgeting & Process Coordination:
Work within allocated budgets for exhibitions and vendor-related activities.
Track expenses and optimize costs without compromising quality.
Collaborate with HR, sales, and administration for internal marketing needs.
What Were Looking For:
Experience: 2-4 years in event coordination, vendor management, or marketing support roles.
Industry Background: Experience in B2B, manufacturing, or corporate marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills Required:
Strong project management & organizational skills.
Ability to negotiate with vendors and manage budgets efficiently.
Understanding of branding, marketing materials, and event planning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, or basic design tools (preferred but not mandatory).
